Milescapes Art – Gifts, Original Artwork and Photography [Blog]

The wonderful weather this weekend was the perfect excuse to head out to the Mohawk Valley in search of foliage pictures. I especially wanted to get some photographs of Fonda for the Fonda book I hope to publish next Spring. Interestingly, the foliage was spotty – past in some places, yet to arrive in others.

Milescapes meets the Mohawk Valley!

I decided that since I have spent so much time this year photographing the Mohawk Valley – Fonda, Fultonville, Canajoharie, Palatine Bridge, and Johnstown, that I would participate in the Wemple & Edicks Crafts Fair rather than the Beaver Lake Golden Harvest Festival which I have done for the past five years. Good choice! Beaver Lake had rain (often heavy) on both weekend days. The weekend weather for Wemple & Edicks was nothing short of perfect.
